Construction Driven Execution

Thorpe ensures a smooth and efficient transition through an entire project.

All of Thorpe’s engineering, manufacturing/procurement, and field service activities are construction driven. For capital projects, retrofits, maintenance outages or unexpected emergency repairs, Thorpe ensures a smooth and efficient transition through an entire project. For many maintenance customers, this begins after production units are taken out of service and inspections find unexpected damage.

Thorpe engineers and project professionals work with customers to first understand any problems found and then to design and engineer solutions to prevent reoccurrence based upon available materials, required construction methodologies and execution requirements. These functions are performed rapidly while existing materials are being removed to facilitate repairs. The Thorpe team of engineers, manufacturing, procurement and construction professionals, work together to assure that material deliveries are prioritized, construction issues are understood and all sequenced to minimize jobsite delays. Our team members are available 24/7 to answer any field questions that may arise to keep a project on schedule.

In this unprecedented time, Thorpe wants to express its dedication to maintaining a safe and clean workplace for our employees, and consistent service for our customers. We must all take action and do our part to stop the spread of COVID-19. To effectively combat this, it’s imperative we unite with our communities and implement procedures that prioritize those around us.

Thorpe understands the situation is quickly changing, and there is no way to predict what the upcoming weeks or months may look like. We can, however, ensure our continual evaluation of COVID-19 and the alteration of preventative measures as needed. In the end, our goal is to protect our staff and continue to provide services to our customers. For more information, please contact us at (713) 644-1247.
